At Ebetterway, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Below are the details:

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending back the item. Please note: Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will promptly resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.

• Custom products, including personalized or special-order items.

• Personal care goods, such as beauty or hygiene products.

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

• Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item as per our return process, and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest service.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel or return your order for any reason.

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval of your return, contact us at info@ebetterway.com.
